Korea Youth Work Agency has been implementing this training program since 2007, aiming to provide Asian youth workers with opportunities to be a great leader who can bring positive changes in young people’s lives. The training creates opportunities for youth workers to study youth activities and policies in Asia through specialized lectures, study trips and workshops. Now Asian Youth Workers Training is an important part of the youth workers training opportunities in Asia. It provides youth workers with creative ideas, synergy and complementarity with their colleagues in the field.

Who can participate?

Aged under 40

Working at a youth organization or a youth center

Government officer in charge of youth related work

Youth worker who has demonstrated a strong leadership

English skill: fluent in presenting, speaking, and writing.
